Description

COLCHIPURIN is a blend of standardised plant extracts, one capsule containing:

Commiphora wightii (Guggul) – 200 mg
Guava leaf extract – 75 mg
Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) – 50 mg
Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi) – 50 mg
Boerhavia diffusa (Punarnava) – 50 mg
Cedrus deodara (Himalayan cedar) – 50 mg

 

Purpose of COLCHIPURIN:

• Affects the symptoms of gout, gout attacks and gouty swelling
• Soothes the symptoms of pain, stiffness and limited mobility of the joints
• Contributes to the natural dissolving of uric acid crystals by the body
• Assists the liquefying and elimination of uric acid crystals as a natural process
• Normalises the level of uric acid to the recommended values
• Reduces the attack of pain
• Helps to maintain healthy joints and muscles
• Protects the joints from deformation
• Supports the elimination of excess fluids and toxic products from the body

Recommended daily dose: During an acute attack – 3 x 1 capsule daily for 3 days. For maintenance intake – 1 capsule daily for a period of 6 months. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Boerhavia diffusa (Punarnava) – the extract is exceptionally effective in gout. It has an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic action. It has a mild diuretic effect and in this way maintains the fluid balance in the body. It reduces arthritic and joint pain.

Cedrus deodara (Himalayan cedar) – helps to reduce the swelling characteristic of a gout attack. It has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic action. It supports the digestive processes, which is of great importance in the long-term care of gout.

Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) – supports the processing of foods rich in purines and uric acid. In this way the accumulation and crystallisation of uric acid in the body is prevented, which effectively improves the condition of gout. Long-term intake of Haritaki reduces the possibility of new gout attacks.

Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi) – the extract is used for elevated levels of uric acid accumulated in the body. It supports the elimination of the excess uric acid. It has lasting effects in gout.

Commiphora wightii (Guggul) – supports digestion and the work of the liver. This allows better processing of foods containing purines and uric acid. The extract reduces the levels of “bad” (LDL) cholesterol.

Guava leaf extract – improves the metabolism of purines. It reduces the concentration of uric acid. It reduces inflammation and has an analgesic action.
