Dosage: Children 3–6 years – up to 3 lozenges daily; children 6–12 years – up to 5 lozenges daily; adults and children over 12 – up to 6 lozenges daily.
Description
MAGNASEPT are herbal lozenges with the following content per lozenge:
Vitamin C – 80 mg
Primulae flos (cowslip) – 18 mg
Rumicis herba (sorrel) – 18 mg
Sambuci flos (elderflower) – 18 mg
Verbenae herba (vervain) – 18 mg
Gentianae radix (gentian root) – 6 mg
Zingiber officinale (ginger) – 3 mg
Zinc – 1 mg

MAGNASEPT lozenges for sucking relieve a sore throat and irritation of the mucous membrane and make swallowing easier. They have an antibacterial action and support the unblocking of the nose.
Primulae flos (cowslip) – effective action in cases of a blocked nose, sore throat, cough and bronchitis; prevents painful irritation in the throat.
Rumicis herba (sorrel) – has an anti-inflammatory and immune-stimulating action.
Sambuci flos (elderflower) – an excellent remedy for the immune system. The berries contain chemical compounds called anthocyanidins, which are known to have immunostimulating effects. It reduces the duration and the symptoms of a cold.
Verbenae herba (vervain) – has a beneficial effect in flu and cold illnesses. It soothes a sore throat.
Gentianae radix (gentian root) – has an antibacterial, antifungal and immune-stimulating effect.
Zingiber officinale (ginger) – widely used for infections of the upper respiratory tract, cough and bronchitis. It has an antiviral and antibacterial action.
Vitamin C – particularly necessary for the body during infections, as it supports the maintenance of the normal functions of the immune system.
Zinc – Its immunostimulating properties are due to its active involvement in the formation and maturation of leukocytes, which protect us from complications of the common cold, such as a viral or bacterial infection.
