Magnalabs is a U.S. Food and Drug Administration-registered company with an international presence. The company started its development with a product portfolio of OTC products and dietary supplements under its own brand. Magnalabs entered the Bulgarian market in 2014, offering a large part of this portfolio, which is continuously updated.

In 2016, Magnalabs began a strategic partnership with Merus Labs. As a result, Magnalabs represents and distributes the nitropreparations Cardiket, Isoket and Perlinganide as well as Sintrom on the Bulgarian market. Merus Labs is a company specialized in the acquisition of already established products and/or product groups.
