Purpose of CALCIUM MAGNALABS :

Calcium – 500 mg

Calcium is the mineral with the highest content in the human body. It contributes to bone and tooth strength, normal blood clotting, nerve impulse transmission and normal muscle function.

Musculoskeletal system – 99% of calcium in the human body is found in the bones and teeth. Because of the large amounts of calcium needed to maintain normal levels of mineralization, it is necessary to ensure a continuous calcium intake. Insufficient calcium levels lead to the development of serious conditions such as osteoporosis, rickets, soft and brittle bones.

Nervous system – Calcium helps regulate electrical activity and the opening and closing of cell membranes through which ions pass. This is also how electrical impulses are produced, and when the mineral is deficient, the process of nerve signal transmission does not proceed optimally.

Blood clotting – Calcium is involved in a number of processes related to blood clotting and the maintenance of homeostasis (a stable and constant state of the internal environment). Calcium is responsible for the activation of platelets and certain coagulation factors (such as coagulation factor XIII).
