5. Additional information:

Galega officinalis (goat’s rue, seeds) – Supports the natural formation of breast milk. This is achieved by raising the levels of prolactin, the main hormone that stimulates lactation.

Foeniculum vulgare (fennel, fruit) – Supports digestion, reduces bloating and may relieve colic in the infant through the mother’s milk.

Pimpinella anisum (anise, herb) – Supports lactation and has a mild antispasmodic effect on the digestive system. Anethole, the active ingredient in anise extract, mimics the action of oestrogen, raising prolactin levels.

Anethum graveolens (dill, herb) – Contributes to normal digestion and is traditionally used to reduce gas.

Asparagus racemosus (shatavari, root) – An Ayurvedic plant that supports lactation and the general tone of the body.

Carum carvi (caraway, herb) – Supports digestion and reduces the feeling of bloating and discomfort.

Thymus vulgaris (thyme, herb) – Supports the immune system and has a mild antiseptic action.

Vitamin B6, Biotin, Vitamin B12 – The B-group vitamins support the metabolic needs of the mother, reduce fatigue and take part in protein synthesis. In addition, supplementary intake of these vitamins improves the quality of the breast milk.
