This Privacy Policy is effective immediately for Users registered after this date and will be effective for existing Users on May 15, 2018.

MAGNALABS EOOD (“MAGNALABS EOOD”, “we”, “us”), UIC: 203340782, with registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria, ul. Lerin 21, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Statement describes:
– the types of information we collect when you access and use our Website -mgnlabs.com and other online services (collectively, the “Services”); and

– our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This Statement applies only to information we collect through our Services and in electronic communications sent through or in connection with our Services.


The definitions of terms in this Privacy Policy are referenced from the General Terms and Conditions of the MAGNALABS LTD Website.

MAGNALABS EOOD Ltd. qualifies as a personal data controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2017 (“General Data Protection Regulation”). As such, we make every effort to comply with the obligations imposed on us by the General Data Protection Regulation.

MAGNALABS LTD strives to offer its Users the many benefits of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. For these purposes, we at MAGNALABS LTD may use personally identifiable information – such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., which is subject to this Privacy Policy. We, and we assume you, do not tolerate spam. Therefore, we will never sell, exchange or rent your email addresses to unauthorized third parties.


WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM OUR USERS?
MAGNALABS LTD has the right to collect and use information from and about its Users. Personally identifiable information may include any information that a User voluntarily enters, uses or provides when using the Services on the MAGNALABS LTDbg.com Website and related Mobile iPhone and Android versions, or submits when creating a User Account. We collect this information to verify the authenticity of your Profile.

We collect this information to provide you with a better user experience.
Searches and other activity: the search terms you used and the results you got;


We collect this information to improve your user experience.
Browsing information: how long you have used the Services, which features you have used, etc;


We collect this information to monitor the performance of our services.

We will keep your information for 5 years, or until we no longer need it to provide you with our services. After this period we will endeavour to delete your information.

However, please note that even the best security measures cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all risks. CONTROLLING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

BREAK


As mentioned, you may review and change the personal information we maintain about you at any time by logging into your User Profile settings or contacting MAGNALABS LTD. Upon request, we will deactivate or delete your User Profile, as well as your contact and personal information from our active databases.
This Privacy Policy shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. If you do not agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue using the mgnlabs.com Website. If you are dissatisfied with MAGNALABS LTD, the Content, or any terms, conditions, statements or policies, your only recourse is to stop using the Website. MAGNALABS LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, or any portion thereof, without notice if, in our sole discretion, we determine that your use violates any applicable law or is harmful to our interests, the interests of other persons or entities, or if MAGNALABS LTD believes that your use violates this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions.


PRIVACY FOR CHILDREN


MAGNALABS LTD does not knowingly collect the personal information of children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have personal information about a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our servers. MAGNALABS LLC encourages parents to go online with their children.
Some recommendations to make your children’s online experience safer: Teach your children never to give out their personal information unless supervised by a parent or guardian. This includes name, address, phone, school, etc. Find out which sites your children visit and which sites are appropriate for them. Watch and read the privacy statements on these websites. Find out how your children’s information will be treated.


CHANGES TO THIS DECLARATION


MAGNALABS LTD reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your use of the Services following any such changes or modifications to the Privacy Policy shall be deemed your express acceptance of the modified/amended Privacy Policy and your agreement to be bound by such modified/amended Privacy Policy. Information collected before the change is effective will be used in accordance with the rules and laws that were applicable at the time the information was collected.


APPLICABLE LAW.


This Privacy Policy and your use of the Website are governed by Bulgarian law. If a dispute arises regarding this Privacy Policy, we agree to attempt to resolve it with the assistance of an agreed mediator in Sofia, Bulgaria. All costs and fees, other than attorneys’ fees, associated with the mediation shall be borne equally by the parties. If a mutually agreeable solution cannot be reached through mediation, MAGNALABS LTD agrees to submit the dispute to the Sofia District Court.

The copyright for the Website is owned by MAGNALABS Ltd.
The texts, graphics, photos, animations, videos and clips visible on the Website are copyright and part of the intellectual property of MAGNALABS LTD. Some of the aforementioned found on third party websites may be the property of those third parties. In no event may these be reproduced, used, represented or made available without the express written consent of MAGNALABS LTD or the third party concerned. Any distribution of files acquired by Users pursuant to the Website Terms and Conditions, or parts of such files, constitutes a violation of relevant intellectual property protection laws and shall be prosecuted by law.


Nothing contained on the Website shall be deemed to confer any license or right to use as a trademark without the prior express written consent of MAGNALABS LTD.

OTHERS


This statement and the policies outlined in this Privacy Statement are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights on behalf of either party. MAGNALABS LLC may provide translations of the English version of this Privacy Statement into other languages. You understand and agree that the translation of the Privacy Statement into other languages would be solely for your convenience and that the English version should govern your rights and obligations. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English version of the Privacy Policy and any of the translations, the English version shall take precedence.
