Artichoke lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood serum, so it is recommended for use in fatty degeneration of the liver. The powerful detoxifying action of artichokes on the liver helps to extract and remove harmful deposits and heavy metal salts from the body. Stimulates the secretion of bile juices.
