How to take IBERIDIS GASTRO

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule, 3 times daily

Iberidis amara / Bitter Candytuft, herb – Bitter candytuft is a medicinal plant traditionally used for supporting the digestive system. It contains bitter compounds that stimulate the secretion of gastric and bile juices, aiding digestion and the breakdown of food, especially fats.
The extract also has antispasmodic properties that help relieve stomach and intestinal cramps. It is used for various digestive disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome, dyspepsia, and functional stomach complaints. It soothes the stomach lining, reduces bloating and gas, and promotes normal bowel movement, helping to prevent constipation and maintain intestinal regularity. Angelica archangelica / Garden Angelica, root and stem – Contains bitter compounds that stimulate the production of gastric and digestive juices, improving nutrient absorption and digestion. It promotes bile production, which helps in the digestion of fats and prevents heaviness and dyspepsia.
